Attorney Charles Hausmann is a Milwaukee native who attended Marquette University High School and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and went on to graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School in 1971. After graduating from law school he accepted a position as an Assistant District Attorney in Milwaukee County trying criminal cases from disorderly conduct to first degree murder. In addition to criminal cases he prosecuted consumer fraud and environmental cases.

After gaining valuable and extensive courtroom trial experience he and his high school friend, John F. McNally, opened the Hausmann-McNally, S.C. law firm. The firm originated in downtown Milwaukee over 40 years ago and presently has fifteen offices in seven states and employs over 100 people.

Charles has tried a large number and wide variety of cases and has received multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements in cases relating to vehicle accidents, unsafe vehicle design (crashworthiness cases), medical malpractice, unsafe premises and wrongful death cases. The Hausmann-McNally law firm has grown into one of the largest and most successful law firms in the Midwest based upon quality, competent representation and sincerely caring for our clients.
